2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Email addresses are used to send you license keys and download links after purchase.
• IP addresses are stored to enforce acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy popup. On request, your IP can be deleted, but it will be stored again once you re-accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Order IDs and license keys are stored permanently to provide support and verify your purchase.

3. Data Retention

License keys, order IDs, and email addresses are stored permanently, as license keys do not expire. IP addresses may be deleted on request. Other data will not be deleted since it is necessary to maintain plugin access and support.

4. Data Access

Currently, only the Blackout-RP store owner has access to your data. In the future, selected team members may also have access, but this will always be limited to support and license management purposes.

5. Your Rights

You can request the deletion of your IP address at any time by contacting us. License keys, email addresses, and order IDs cannot be deleted, as they are essential for validating your purchase and providing ongoing support.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed through Stripe. When purchasing a plugin, your payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your payment information ourselves.
