By purchasing and using our plugins, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All plugins are developed for Minecraft servers and require a valid license key for activation and usage.
Each purchase generates one unique license key per plugin copy. If you buy the same plugin multiple times, you will receive multiple keys (one for each copy). License keys may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. If you choose to give your license key to another person, you are fully responsible for any misuse, including unauthorized usage or sharing. Misuse of license keys may result in permanent deactivation without refund. Only the Blackout-RP team can reset or reassign keys.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and license-based, refunds cannot be provided once a key has been delivered. If you lose access to your purchase email, this does not qualify for a refund. We can still verify your purchase in our database.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). By completing a payment, you also agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We do not store or process any raw credit card or banking information on our servers.
We provide updates, improvements, and bug fixes when necessary. Support is available via our official Discord server. Only the Blackout-RP team is authorized to reset or modify license keys. No guarantees are made for compatibility with all server setups, versions, or third-party plugins.
All plugins are provided "as is". We are not responsible for any damages, conflicts, or issues that occur while using our software. Usage is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your server setup.
When purchasing a plugin, your email address and license key are stored in our secure database to allow us to deliver your key and provide verification. Even if you request deletion of your email, purchase data may remain stored for technical and legal reasons. Therefore, email deletion does not remove your license history. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Germany & EU Customers: We will only share customer data (e.g. email, license key, IP) with law enforcement authorities if legally required, for example via a court order or an official request under applicable laws (such as DSGVO or German law).
Non-EU Customers (e.g. USA): Data is handled under the same confidentiality principles. However, local laws may differ. Regardless of location, we will never disclose customer data voluntarily and will only comply when legally obligated.
