1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between you (the customer) and Blackout-RP regarding the purchase and use of plugins and other digital products offered through shop.blackout-rp.de.

2. Subject of the agreement

Blackout-RP provides digital products, in particular Minecraft plugins (for BungeeCord, Spigot, Paper and similar platforms). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are delivered digitally via download links and license keys.

3. Registration and orders

You can usually place orders without a user account by providing a valid email address. The email address is used to send you download links and license keys. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible.

4. Prices and payment

All prices displayed in the shop are final prices in EUR (or converted into another currency, e.g. USD, for your convenience). Payment is handled via the payment methods offered in the shop. Additional fees (e.g. currency conversion or bank fees) may be charged by your payment provider and are outside of Blackout-RP’s control.

5. Delivery of digital products

After successful payment, you will receive download links and license keys via email and/or via the confirmation page. The download links and license keys are generally valid permanently, unless otherwise stated or revoked for important reasons (e.g. fraud or abuse).

6. License and usage rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following applies:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your own server(s).
• Resale, redistribution or sharing of the plugin or license key with third parties is not permitted.
• Decompiling, modifying and re-selling the plugin is not permitted.

If you need special licensing (e.g. for large networks, reselling or bundles), you must contact Blackout-RP directly and obtain explicit, written permission.

7. No guarantee for compatibility

The plugins are developed for specific Minecraft versions and platforms (e.g. BungeeCord, Spigot, Paper, defined versions). While we try to keep products updated, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all server setups, other plugins, forks or future versions.

8. Updates and support

If not explicitly stated, there is no legal claim to updates or permanent further development. However, Blackout-RP may provide updates and bug fixes on a voluntary basis. Support is generally offered via Discord or other contact channels listed in the Impressum.

9. Refunds

Because the products are digital and license keys can be abused, refunds are usually not offered after a license has been issued and the download has been made available. Exceptions may be granted voluntarily (e.g. in case of obvious technical issues that cannot be solved), but there is no legal entitlement to a refund once the digital content has been delivered.

10. Liability

Blackout-RP is not liable for:

• Indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or downtime of your server
• Problems caused by third-party plugins, server misconfiguration or unsupported versions
• Misuse of license keys or unauthorized sharing by the customer

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Any further liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the affected product, where permitted by law.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Blackout-RP reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions in the future. The current version is always available at https://shop.blackout-rp.de/Terms-and-conditions. In case of significant changes affecting existing customers, we will try to inform you via the contact details available (e.g. email or Discord).

12. Applicable law

Unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to these Terms and Conditions and all contractual relationships, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
